ClearCache Method
Description
Clears the cache for the common data provider.

Remarks
ClearCache should be used to keep the cache from growing too large.
CacheMode uses one of the CalendarDataProviderCacheMode flags to set the cache mode for the current data provider.
CacheMode is used for slow data providers to increase their speed. For example, when a database data provider needs to retrieve day events, it creates a specific query, executes it, and parses the results. These operations could be executed thousands of times, for example, when drawing each day in a view. The cache itself is a standard memory data provider. CalendarDataProviderCacheMode describes the algorithms for cache updating and clearing.
