Purpose

Prepares the compiler to accept the arguments of an object declaration.

What It Does

The object system stores arguments to the object commands in the data area. The #Data command prepares the compiler to accept a new set of arguments for the current object command that is being compiled. The address of the beginning of the argument is then stored in the command line argument |VL.
