Description

Request_clear_all clears panel, and changes focus to first object or item in panel if auto_top_panel_state is true. If clearing may cause a user to lose changes made to the text, verify_data_loss is used to confirm the action. Clear_all is requested of the DSO. This may result in other DEOs clearing, in addition to the DEOs connected to that DSO.
