Deletes current record in main_file of the server DSO, if any, else issues an error

Description

Request_delete deletes current record in main_file of the server DSO, if any, else issues an error. Sent by DEOs attached to the data set. Note that deletion of the current main_file record may cause sets of records in container DSOs to be deleted, i.e., those records that relate to the DSO's current record. Sends can_delete and acts only if that returns true.
