Determines if the toolbar will communicate with the MDI-panel

Description

When the pbInMdiPanel property is True, the toolbar will communicate with the MDI-panel (Panel class, for example) to ensure that the panel's Client-Area is set automatically.

The only time you will need to change this property is when you want to use a toolbar in a non-MDI panel, such as a ToolPanel, in which case, you should set it to False.

Default is true.
