Sent when the panel and, therefore, the application is activated

Description

The OnActivateApp event message is sent when the panel and, therefore, the application is activated. This is a notification and does nothing by default. This does not necessarily mean that the application is being started.

This message is called when the focus is moved to this application from another Windows application.
