Instead of 

Get SQLGetArgument of hStmt 1 to sArg1
Get SQLGetArgument of hStmt 2 to sArg2

The following can be used.

Get SQLGetNextArgument of hStmt to sArg1
Get SQLGetNextArgument of hStmt to sArg2
