Determines whether the slider has two handles or one

Description
Set pbRanged to True to configure the slider to display two handles, otherwise it will display only one.
WebGet or WebSet piFrom to get or set the first slider handle position. WebGet or WebSet piTo to get or set the second slider handle position.
Do not use psValue to access the slider value when pbRanged = True.
If the slider is configured to show two bars in a range (pbRanged = True), and you wish to display that range, then set pbShowRange to True in addition to pbShowValue.
About Web Properties
Each web property maintains two values: The regular property value is set during object creation and should not be changed during the lifetime of that object. To access that value, use the standard property Get and Set syntax.
The web property value is the local value stored at each client. This is synchronized to the client's local value whenever a server call is being processed. To access the web property value, use the WebGet and WebSet syntax above instead of the standard Get and Set syntax.
