Sent to the server when the multiselect list's pbServerOnSelectAllRows property is True and the user checks the checkbox to select all rows

The OnSelectAllRows event is sent to the server when the pbServerOnSelectAllRows property for the cWebMultiSelectList object is True and the checkbox of the cWebColumnSelectionIndicator in the header is checked.
