Description
Set psImageURL to the URL of the image file to be displayed in each row of this column.
In order to use the psImageURL property, you must ensure that the following additional properties are set:
(i) pbImageByCSS must be set to False. (ii) pbDynamic must be set to False.

About Web Properties
