Description
Can be used to set or retrieve the current color value of the control.
When using WebGet to get the value, it will be in the format determined by peColorFormat. When updating the value, either format can be used.
Note that if WebSet is used before WebGet in the same round-trip, it will be the exact value that was WebSet.
