New File
Click this button to create a new project, file, or component. The Create New dialog will be displayed.

Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+N
Open File
Click this button to open a file or a component belonging to the current workspace. The Open File dialog will be displayed.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+O
Save File
Click this button to save changes to the file that currently has the focus. The file name will appear in the tooltip.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+S
Save All Open Files
Click this button to save all changes to every open file.
Cut
Cut text or object.
- When you are editing in the Code Editor, this option will cut the selected text to the clipboard.
- When you are using the Visual Designer, this option will cut the selected object(s) to the clipboard.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+X
Copy
Copy text or object.
- When you are editing in the Code Editor, this option will copy the selected text to the clipboard.
- When you are using the Visual Designer, this option will copy the selected object(s) to the clipboard.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+C
Paste
Paste text or object.
- When you are editing in the Code Editor, this option will paste text from the clipboard.
- When you are using the Visual Designer, this option will paste object(s) from the clipboard as child object(s) of the currently selected object.

Delete
Delete text or object.
- When you are editing in the Code Editor, this option will delete the selected text.
- When you are using the Visual Designer, this option will delete the selected object(s).
Keyboard shortcut: Del
Undo
Undo the last editing or operation.
- When you are editing in the Code Editor, this option will undo the last edit operation.
- When you are working in the Visual Designer, this option will undo the last operation.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Z
Redo
Redo the last undone operation.
- When you are editing in the Code Editor, this option will redo the last edit operation.
- When you are working in the Visual Designer, this option will redo the last operation.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Y
Toggle Record Macro
Select this option to begin recording a macro of editor commands in the currently edited file. Select this option once more when you want to finish recording your macro. When you stop recording the macro, the Save Macro dialog is activated. This dialog will allow you to assign a keyboard shortcut and a name to the macro.
Your saved macros can be played back at any time by typing the keyboard shortcut that you associated with it.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+R
Click this button to print the contents of the code editor for the currently selected file or component.
