Gets the previous sibling tree node.

Remarks

The Previous property is the previous sibling TreeViewNode in the TreeViewNodes stored in the Treeview.Nodes property of the tree node's parent TreeNode. If there is no previous tree node, the Previous property returns a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
