Specifies whether to show a plus sign for a node even if no children have been added.

Remarks
You might do this because sometimes you cannot load up the entire tree into the treeview control. The number of items might be considerable if it's a Bill of Materials. So, you show the plus sign to indicate that a given treeview node has children. When the user clicks to expand that node, the application logic would then add the items to that treeview node.
