Enables or disables the use of ClearType text in the tab buttons.

Remarks
ClearTypeTextQuality is only supported in Windows XP and higher. ClearType text delivers improved font display quality over traditional forms of font smoothing or anti-aliasing. ClearType text improves readability on LCD displays and flat panel displays. Readability on CRT screens is also minimally improved.
