Description
The LockRedraw property is used to lock or unlock ListView re-drawing.

Remarks
LockRedraw should be set to True any time an item(s) is added, deleted, or modified. After the changes have been made to the ListView, LockRedraw should be set to False to allow the ListView to re-draw itself and display the changes.
While LockRedraw is True, the user cannot interact with the ListView.
