DropHighlight Property
Description
Gets or sets a reference to a ListViewItem object that is highlighted with the system highlight color when the cursor moves over it.

Remarks
DropHighlight is commonly used with the HitTest method in drag-and-drop operations. As the cursor is dragged over a ListViewItem, HitTest returns a reference to any object it is dragged over.
