DblClick Event
Description
Occurs when the user double-clicks an item in the ComboBox with the left mouse button.
If DblClick doesn't occur within the system's double-click time limit, the object recognizes another Click event.

Remarks
- This event is triggered specifically for double-click actions.
- Ensure that the double-click action is within the system's defined time limit to avoid misinterpretation as a single click.
