SelectedChanging Event

Description

Occurs when the selected item is in the process of changing, but has not changed.

Syntax

Public Event SelectedChanging( _
    ByVal Item As ShortcutBarItem, _
    ByRef Cancel As Boolean _
)

Parameters

• Item: The currently selected ShortcutBarItem that will lose focus.
• Cancel: Set to True to cancel the action. If set to True, the SelectedChanged event will not be executed.

Remarks

This event occurs either when a new item is clicked, or when an item is selected via code. This event is executed before the SelectedChanged event, so you have the opportunity to Cancel the action.
