MinimizedWidth Property
Description
Gets/sets the width at which the ShortcutBar will become minimized and display as a navigation pane.

Remarks
When the width of the ShortcutBar becomes equal to or smaller than MinimizedWidth, it will then become a navigation bar as seen in the picture below.
