HighlightedChanged Event
Description
Occurs when the mouse cursor is positioned over a ShortcutBarItem and the item becomes Highlighted.

Public Event HighlightedChanged()
Remarks
When the mouse cursor is positioned over a ShortcutBarItem, it will become highlighted. Each time the highlighted item changes, the HighlightedChanged event is fired. The Highlighted property holds a reference to the currently highlighted item.
It is important to note that when an item is Selected, the item remains highlighted. This is not the same as the Highlighted property, which will be updated each time the mouse is positioned over an item.
