AllowFreeResize Property
Description
Allows the items in the shortcut bar to be expanded by pixel instead of by item.

Remarks
When the gripper of the shortcut bar is used to resize/expand the list of shortcuts, the list will expand pixel by pixel instead of jumping directly to the next item.
