Gets/sets the Id of an Icon from the ImageManager to use for this ShortcutBarItem.

This is the Id of an image from the ImageManager to use for this ShortcutBarItem. You can add multiple image sizes for each ShortcutBarItem to display in both the mini shortcut bar at the bottom and when the shortcut bar is expanded.
