Gets/Sets whether variable item height is allowed in the property grid.

Remarks
By default, all property grid items will have the same height. Each item has a Height property that can be used to assign a custom height to the item. VariableItemsHeight must be True for the items to use the Height property.
Each item can also display multiple lines of text. To enable multi-line support, set the MultiLinesCount property of the item to a number greater than 1. The item will then display the number of lines of text up to MultiLinesCount. The height of the item will automatically be adjusted to accommodate the number of lines of text specified by MultiLinesCount. VariableItemsHeight must be True to see multi-line text values in the property grid.
