AfterEdit Event

Description

Occurs after an edit operation is complete.

Syntax

    ByVal Item As PropertyGridItem, _
    ByRef NewValue As String, _
    ByRef Cancel As Boolean _
)

Parameters

• Item: Item that has just been edited.
• NewValue: New value of the item just edited.
• Cancel: Set to True to cancel the edit operation that just took place.

Remarks

AfterEdit occurs after an edit operation, but before the value has been changed. AfterEdit allows you to modify the new value before it is applied or completely cancel the operation.
