Specifies which type of symbol is used to divide the whole numbers from the decimal parts.

Remarks

Setting UseSystemDecimalSymbol to False causes the decimal point . to separate the whole numbers from the decimal parts. Setting UseSystemDecimalSymbol to True will cause the system-defined symbol to separate the whole numbers from the decimal parts.

For example, when True, a comma , will be used in Europe to separate the whole numbers from the decimal parts.
