Background Property

Description

Gets or sets a MarkupBrush that fills the area between the bounds of a MarkupBorder.

A MarkupBrush that draws the background.

The CreateSolidBrush method is used to create a solid color brush to paint the background for a Border.

For example:

Border1.Background = Context.CreateSolidBrush(vbYellow)

Note that CreateSolidBrush creates a MarkupSolidColorBrush object that stores the color value.

To retrieve the current color, use the MarkupSolidColorBrush.Color property.
