Gets or sets whether the Luna Blue color will be used for the GridControl if the current system theme is set to Royale.

Remarks
EnableLunaBlueForRoyaleTheme is used to enable or disable Luna colors when the current theme is set to Royale. The Royale theme is found natively in Windows XP Media Center edition.
The Royale theme can also be applied using the SkinFramework component. EnableLunaBlueForRoyaleTheme can also be used if the Royale theme was applied using the SkinFramework.
