GetClientBordersWidth Event

Description

Occurs when the docking pane layout changes.

Syntax

Public Event GetClientBordersWidth( _

    ByRef Bottom As Long _
)

Parameters

  • Left: The area occupied by controls docked to the left edge of the form.
  • Top: The area occupied by controls docked to the top edge of the form.
  • Right: The area occupied by controls docked to the right edge of the form.
  • Bottom: The area occupied by controls docked to the bottom edge of the form.

Remarks

A change in layout occurs when a pane is opened, closed, hidden, displayed, resized, floated, etc. This event is triggered before the Resize event to get the client borders. This event finds the client area and allows you to make any changes to the size of the client border before the docking panes are resized. The Resize event is called immediately after.
