Gets or sets whether the contents of the docking pane will be displayed while the pane is being dragged.

Remarks
ShowContentsWhileDragging specifies if the pane and all of its contents are displayed while the pane is being dragged. If false, only the outline of the pane is displayed while the pane is being dragged.
