UpdatePanes Method
Description
Updates the state of the panes.

Public Sub UpdatePanes()
Remarks
The UpdatePanes method updates the state of the panes, such as the currently active pane.
For example, the UpdatePanes method should be used when focus is given to an edit control inside a pane. This will update the currently active pane. The Docking Panes do not detect that the focus has changed until after the OnLButtonDown events, so it could be true that an edit control has focus in a pane that is not active. Therefore, UpdatePanes should be called.
