The frame border refers to the tab client frame.

TabPropertyPage2003FrameBorder is only used when the XTPTabAppearanceStyle is set to xtpTabAppearancePropertyPage2003.

The following XTPTabColorStyle color sets use TabPropertyPage2003FrameBorder when applied to the xtpTabAppearancePropertyPage2003 appearance:
