Gets or sets whether the toolbar appears in the Customization Dialog.

Remarks
By default, CustomizeDialogPresent is True.
Set CustomizeDialogPresent to False to hide the toolbar's name inside the Customization Dialog so that the user cannot hide or unhide it.
