Hides/Un-Hides the Menus page of the Customization dialog.

Remarks

The Customization dialog is accessible by the user when they right-click on the toolbar and select "Customize..." or select "Customize..." from the drop-down at the end of the toolbar. The Menus page allows users to access and customize MDI Menus and Context Menus.
