Represents the vertical and horizontal lines seen in the Ribbon Backstage.

Remarks
This is the separator line seen in the Ribbon Backstage. It can be displayed vertically or horizontally. When vertical, the line is solid with a gradient; when horizontal, it is displayed as a dashed line.
