Gets or sets whether to allow this axis to be zoomed.

Returns if this axis can be zoomed.

Remarks

The ZoomLimit is used to specify the amount of zoom that can be applied to the axis. To zoom, simply make sure the chart has focus and then use the mouse wheel.
