ShowZeroLevel Property
Description
Specifies whether the zero level is shown on the axis or not.

- TRUE: Enables the zero level.
- FALSE: Disables the zero level.
Remarks
This property is useful when there is no data in a series that is close to the value of zero.
- When set to True, the chart will always show the zero level, even if no values in a series are close to zero.
- When set to False, the chart will only display relevant levels in the axis that pertain to data in a series. This will also have the side effect of making the data series appear larger, as it shows a smaller section of the axis.
