BitmapBorders Property
Description
Template bitmap that has some constant size that gets resized to the header rectangle when drawn. This property specifies which parts of the image will not get resized.

Remarks
The BitmapBorders property contains bitmap margins that are not resized. For example, if a bitmap for a header has a 1-pixel frame around it, you must set BitmapBorders as (1, 1, 1, 1). This will prevent the resizing of the border frame width. Regardless of the header size, the border will remain 1 pixel in width.
