Specifies whether the start time and end time of an event are displayed as a graphical clock when in Month view.

Remarks
By default, the start time and end time of an event are displayed as an integer value. When MonthViewShowTimeAsClocks is True, the times will be displayed as a graphical clock. The background color for a clock image that represents an "AM" time will be white, while the background color for a clock image that represents a "PM" time will be black.
