Enables or disables in-place editing of the event subject after the event is resized.

Remarks

By default, after an event is resized, the event subject goes into "edit mode". This allows the user to edit the subject of the event. If EnableInPlaceEditEventSubject_AfterEventResize is False, then the subject will not go into "edit mode" after it is resized.
