TimePartValid Property
Description
Specifies whether the time portion of the HitDateTime property is valid.

Remarks
The HitDateTime property will contain the date and time of the "cell" the mouse cursor is positioned over. The TimePartValid property is used to determine if the time in the HitDateTime property is valid. The time will only be valid in day or work week view when the cursor is over a "time cell". The time will not be valid when over All Day events or when in Month or Week view.
