MakeAsRException Method

Description

Sets the event's recurrence state as an exception occurrence (xtpCalendarRecurrenceException).

Public Sub MakeAsRException()

Remarks

A Recurrence Exception occurs when an occurrence of a recurring event is modified. When an occurrence of a recurring event is dragged to a different date/time or if the event is resized, then the recurrence state of the event is automatically set to xtpCalendarRecurrenceException.

The MakeAsRException method must be used when modifying a recurring event. If the event has a recurrence state of xtpCalendarRecurrenceOccurrence or xtpCalendarRecurrenceMaster, then MakeAsRException must be used to set the recurrence state of the event to xtpCalendarRecurrenceException.
