CreateEventEx Method

Description

Creates a new event with the specified EventId.

Syntax

Public Function CreateEventEx( _
    ByVal [EventID](#) As Long _
) As [CalendarEvent](XtremeCalendarControl~CalendarEvent.md)

Parameters

• EventID: Integer value to assign to the new event's EventId property.

Return Type

Reference to the newly created CalendarEvent object.

Remarks

CreateEventEx is used to create new events with a specific EventId.

When using the CreateEvent method to create an event, the EventId is chosen automatically.

When using a custom data provider, the DoCreateEvent event is fired when CreateEventEx is called.
