HideToolTip Method

Description

Hides a tool tip window.

Remarks

The HideToolTip method should be called before showing any popup dialogs, menus, or in other cases to ensure that the tool tip is not visible.

In all these cases, the tool tip is hidden before the action to ensure a smooth transition.

HideToolTip might also be used to ensure tool tips are hidden while a popup or dialog is open. The IsToolTipVisible method is also useful to use in conjunction with the HideToolTip method to first test if a tool tip is visible before trying to hide it.
