EnableReminders Method

Description

Enables or disables the use of reminders.

Syntax

Public Sub EnableReminders( _
    ByVal Enable As Boolean _
)

Parameters

• Enable: True to enable reminders, False to disable reminders.

Remarks

When EnableReminders is used to enable reminders, the OnReminders event will occur with an Action of xtpCalendarRemindersMonitoringStarted. With reminders enabled, the OnReminders event will automatically occur when a reminder is dismissed, snoozed, or when the reminder is set to remind you.

When EnableReminders is used to disable reminders, the OnReminders event will occur with an Action of xtpCalendarRemindersMonitoringStopped. The OnReminders event will no longer occur for any reason until EnableReminders is used to enable reminders again.

All events have a Reminder property that can be used to set a reminder for the event.

The IsRemindersEnabled method can be used to determine if reminders are currently enabled.
